HSA Tickets & Collectibles is a UK sole-trader online retail and resale business. We sell through third-party online marketplaces and do not currently provide direct checkout on this website.
Marketplace transactions
Where a purchase is completed through a third-party marketplace, the refund, cancellation, return, adjustment and customer-support rules of that marketplace apply to the transaction, together with any applicable event organiser or ticket-provider rules.
Customers should review the relevant marketplace's terms and the individual listing before completing a purchase. Where the marketplace requires a refund or cancellation request to be submitted through its own customer-support process, customers should use that process.
